We offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order originally qualified for free shipping and, after a return, the remaining order total falls below $45, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
