🛒 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • How to Request a Return:
    Please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the item price only.
    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

🚚 Free Shipping Adjustment

If your original order qualified for free shipping (orders over $45), but after your return the remaining order total falls below $45, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

🛡️ Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage/defect.

  • Once approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

  • In some cases, we may require the item to be returned; if so, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If your package is lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier, we will assist with a claim or provide a replacement as appropriate.

❗ Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as: change of mind, wrong size/color choice, or ordering by mistake.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
